SNAIL MAIL SUITE- HAPPY MAIL

To end off the month I have made a simple card featuring this months suite, the Snail Mail Suite. I really wanted to feature more of the adorable Designer Series Paper and the awesome Happy Mail stamp. This suite is just so happy so I wanted to show that off.

I have used Bermuda Bay as my card base and added a little bit of colour by adding a Pool Party layer before my layer of Designer Series Paper. It really makes the DSP layer pop. The rest of the card is very simple. I have stamped the Happy Mail sentiment in Momento Black ink and used the Rectangle Postage Punch to punch out the image. I have then adhered this to my card using dimentionals. I have added one of the red resin heart embellishments to the heart of the sentiment to finish it off.

I have actually sent this card to my penpal in Canada. Stampin' Up! last year encouraged us to make connections with other demonstrators from around the world as part of the Joy to the World paper pumpkin that was released globally. I made a connection with someone in Canada. With the global pandemic and mail becoming progressively slower over the years I thought this card was appropriate to be sent by Snail Mail.
