MARCH SUITE OF THE MONTH- ICE CREAM CORNER

March brings in a new month and the start of Autumn however we will still see many more beautiful days and evenings and so ice cream is something still to be enjoyed. With that in mind I have decided to make this months suite of the month the beautiful & yummy Ice Cream Corner Suite.

For my first card I took inspiration from last months Team Creative Challenge. For that card I used the Snail Mail suite. I enjoyed making the faker shaker so much I have made another one using the Ice Cream Corner suite and wanted to share this with you today.

This card is so simple. You just have to make a few decisions. What size do you want you Designer Series Paper to be? What colours to you want to use? For my card I wanted to bring out the orange/yellow tones in the paper so I have used Terracotta Tile and So Saffron for my card base and inside panel. I have cut my DSP to the same size as my inside panel and placed it in a clear envelope. You then fill the envelope with whatever you want as your shaker, for this card I have chosen the Ice Cream Sprinkles. Seal the envelope around the size of your DSP and adhere to your card base.

And for the inside of the card I have kept it simple by stamping the ice cream in the corner and the sentiment in the middle.
