This month I am concentrating on fun folds and liked the look of the double gatefold. I paired this with the suite of the month, Sand and Sea suite from the 2021 January to June Mini Catalogue. I look the soft colours and designs of the Designer Series Paper. This card really enabled me to show off both sides of the DSP.
To make this card you will need Seaside Spray card base cut to 5 7/8 x 8 1/4 scored at 2 1/16 on both ends. Fold these in towards each other. Cut two pieces of So Saffron cardstock at 3 1/2 x 2 1/2. Then cut 2 pieces of DSP at 1 1/7 x 5 3/4, these will be adhered to the card base and will fit on the panels that open. Then cut two more pieces of DSP (a different design) at 3 1/4 x 2 1/4. These will fit on the So Saffron pieces. When adhering the So Saffron pieces to the card base remember to only adhere on one side of the card stock otherwise you will not be able to open your card.
Cut a piece of Basic White at 4 1/2 x 2 and stamp the three seashell images from the Friends are like Seashells stamp set in Seaside Spray, So Saffron and Blushing Bride. Then use the coordinating dies from the Seaside Seashells dies to cut them out using your standards Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Decorate on the top panel. Stamp your sentiment in Seaside Spray ink on a piece of Sahara Sand cut at 1 1/4 x 2 3/4, die cut out using the Stitched Rectangle dies and adhere to the bottom panel of your card. Add some bling to the front of your card by using 3 Opal Rounds to finish it off.
To finish the inside cut a piece of Sahara Sand at 3 7/8 x 5 5/8 and adhere to the inside. Decorate with the Seaside Shells shimmery stickers. Add another sentiment or leave it blank for plenty of space for writing.
